Rosa. That wise old doll who’s seen it all. In each Tale of the Scrimshaw Doll, she scatters the seed of despair over those who betray her owner. But what happens when Rosa is unable to distinguish between her possessor and a soulless identical twin? Intrigued by the question, I dedicated an entire book to finding the answer. Skinbound is my tale of a wicked double that drags her twin through hell while challenging the discerning powers of a cursed scrimshaw doll.
